no later than December 31, 2011. We will keep you posted of the progress.
Your abstract should be submitted before the
established deadline and must comply with the norms and procedures
outlined in the present guide.

 On behalf of the scientific committee of the Danubia-Adria Symposium on Advances in Experimental Mechanics, the Scientfic Society for Mechanical Engineering is pleased to announce the 28th Danubia-Adria Symposium (DAS2011) in Siófok, Hungary, 28th September-01st October, 2011.
The Symposium is aimed at providing a forum for engineers,
researchers, university teachers and students, scientists and
industrial experts to present and discuss the current status and impact
of modern technology and development in the field of experimental
methods in mechanics. Focus will be on recent research and development
of experimental and hybrid methods for quality enhancing of structures,
service life, and technical safety.
Papers are invited on topics related to all areas of
experimental research and its applications in mechanics. Topics of
interest include, but are not limited to:
- conventional and advanced experimental methods in solid mechanics,
- measuring acquisition and data processing,
- relations between experimental methods and numerical simulation,
- experimental and applied biomechanics,
- fatigue and reliability,
- applications.

Kedves Tagok, az alábbi hír érkezett, mely segítheti IMEKO konferenciák hazai szervezését:
"Ezúton tájékoztatjuk, hogy a
Magyar Turizmus Zrt. Konferencia Nagyköveti Programot indított,
melynek célja, hogy Magyarországon minél több nemzetközi ülés kerüljön
megrendezésre, ami egyrészt gazdagítja a magyar tudományos, kulturális és
gazdasági életet, másrészt erősíti az ország turizmusát és nem utolsó sorban
nemzetközi szakmai elismerést hoz a szervező
részére.
A program keretében a hazai
szervezetek kérhetik az MT Zrt. szakmai és anyagi
hozzájárulását (maximum bruttó 3 millió forint), ami
szükséges az adott nemzetközi szervezet ülése (kongresszusa) Magyarországon
történő megrendezési jogának elnyeréséhez (pályázatához).

küldjük a Konferencia Nagyköveti Programról készült leírást szíves
tájékoztatásul.
